4 PARTS TO TOTAL FITNESS

PHYSICALLY FIT - I will be active for a minimum of 30 minutes a day.  I encourage all of you to be active outside as much as possible.
 
MENTALLY FIT - I will challenge myself mentally and I will have an open mind to learn and try new things.
 
SOCIALLY FIT - I will communicate with my family, friends and those people around me.
 
EMOTIONALLY FIT - I will be aware of my feelings and learn to recognize them.  All the feelings we have both positive and negative are what we need to feel fully human.
